Who You Are You are able to work efficiently independent and become a strong team player You are careful and pay attention to the task at hand What You'll Do/ A Day In The Life Typically Includes This person pushes picking cart to pick location(s) in assigned zones, scans ISBN barcode and enters quantity into AS400.
Has to create container assignments for assigned pick waves.
At the end of the day, you had walked 8-12 miles.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operates an RF unit and scan gun.
Picks books from shelves into tote pans.
Starts and completes picks properly.
Completes destination cards for each tote.
Picks up loaded totes from pick trolley and sets on moving conveyer.
Responsible for accuracy of orders picked.
Responsible for maintaining acceptable level of productivity.
Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles.
The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
Required Skills & Experience High school education or equivalent and three to twelve months experience.
Knowledge and understanding of RF units.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information to managers and employees of the organization.
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's and perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions and deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers; and reach with hands and arms.
The employee frequently is required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and occasionally required to talk or hear.
The employee must regularly lift/move up to 25 lbs, frequently lift/move up to 50 lbs, and occasionally lift/move up to 100 lbs.
Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus in order to use RF equipment.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
