Role and Responsibilities Employee Morale, Motivation, and Satisfaction Improvement Implement measures to increase employee morale, motivation, and satisfaction, while reducing turnover May conduct employee engagement surveys, work lifestyle programs, on-boarding programs, diversity and inclusion programs and training, etc.
Coaching and Training Support coaching of managers and employees through the performance management process Support training sessions for managers to improve employee relations and people skills Employee Relations Issues Monitoring Investigate employee and/or supervisor complaints regarding conduct, performance, or attendance Mediate between employees Monitor diversity/equal employment opportunity program compliance Monitor internal complaints/ disputes that may lead to labor unionization Monitor external labor union trends and movement Other Tasks Assigned Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field At least 3-5 years of relevant Human Resources experience Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Benefits 90% paid of medical, dental and vision plan for full coverage levels 100% paid of life insurance and short/long term disability premiums 13 days of time off and 11 days of holiday pay per year Meals provided for all shifts ABOUT SK BATTERY AMERICA SK Battery America is the world's leading battery manufacturer for electric vehicles.
